How can I contact Dauer Cosmetics?

Please be sure to include your order number when enquiring about your order that you have placed.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we currently only ship within South Africa.


Where do you ship from?

All our warehouses are situated within South Africa.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cards, EFT, SnapScan, Masterpass and American Express


When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1 business day from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 3 - 5 working days to arrive, this includes the processing time.


What if I don't receive my order?

Please send us an email to info@dauercosmetics.com ASAP.  We will track down your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time, our sincere apologies.  Accurate delivery times are of utmost importance to us.  We are looking into future logistic plans to ship internationally.

How can I track my order?

You are able to track your order with your tracking number which was sent to you via email.  Please CLICK HERE to view our order lookup page.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Any unfulfilled order can be cancelled or changed.  However, once an order has been fulfilled it can not be  changed nor canceled.  Order processing occurs approximately 1 days after an order has been placed.  Be sure to send us an email at info@dauercosmetics.com as soon as possible to ensure that we can assist you. 



Are all product in stock?

All products that are available on our website is in stock.  However, when a product is not in stock the buy button will be an SOLD OUT button.  Therefore, that specific product will no be available for the "add to cart" function.

 

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Shipping times:

Insured Standard 3 - 5 Working Days Nationwide

Insured Express 2- 3 Working Days Nationwide 

Pricing: 

Insured Standard - FREE - R 1499 or above in order value 

Insured Express - R 150 

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalised messages?

Not at this stage, however, please send us an email if you have such a request.  Maybe we might have a solution available.

 

Can I apply a discount code to my order?

Absolutely!  You can apply any discount code which you might have at the checkout option.

 

Can I speak with someone about a product before I purchase?

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

At the bottom of the email we send is an unsubscribe option.  Please select "unsubscribe" if you want to unsubscribe.  In addition, please collect the discount code "SAVE10" for any inconvenience we might have caused you.

 

What is your privacy policy?

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Items that are not the product ordered or which are damaged can be replaced or refunded within the first 30 days of receiving your product.  Please note the refund is only valid for product damage, not packaging that is damaged.

 

Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?

Is there a warranty on this product?

Yes! 

Items that are not the product ordered or which are damaged can be replaced or refunded within the first 30 days of receiving your product.

Please take note, packaging that is damaged will not be accepted as a reason for return.  

 

How can I contact your customer service by phone?

We do not offer telephonic communication.  Because it causes a que and customers have to wait for their turn in the waiting hold.  Rather send us an email, we will provide you with a detailed answer within 12 hours.

Do you have a physical store location?

No, we are only available online.  Providing you a shopping experience from the comfort of your own home.  Combined with excellent customer support. 

 

Can I check the status of my order without logging in?

Yes, on our order lookup page.  We do not require you to sign in.  Please CLICK HERE to view your order status.

 

Can I order a product that is out of stock?

No, not at this stage.  We do apologise.  However, from time to time pre - orders are available.  Expect long waiting periods when products are pre - ordered.  Rest assured it will be available at great pricing

 

How do I leave feedback or write a review?

Please look for the product on our site, then click the "Write a review" button under above the review page.

 

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Yes, please select the Insured Express Options.

 

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, if the order has not yet been fulfilled.  If the product has been shipped.  We will have to communicate and negotiate with the courier company.
